  • Meet the violin-toting neuroscience nerd

  • Meet Stephanie Scheller

Violinist, Marketer, Speaker, Event Producer, Entrepreneur!

The moment the room leaned in!

The first time I brought my violin onstage, I watched a distracted room pause… and lean in. I was closing an event that historically had an “early exit” problem. We’d brainstormed how to keep the audience engaged to the very end. And it worked.

Not because music is pretty. Because sound, rhythm, and surprise are neurological levers. I’ve been use that ever since to ensure my audiences learn faster, and remember longer.

    From curiosity to a frameworkpeaker

I study the ADHD brain and design experiences for the adhd i-os. When I speak, I bring the same eye on ensuring attention resets before it frays, concepts are chunked so working memory can keep up, and engrained neurohabits are leveraged to ensure the whole brain lights up!

The result is a keynote that feels alive and a message that sticks.

    Event producer first, performer always

Before many stages hired me, I built my own. Producing immersive, internationally acclaimed events taught me how pacing, lighting, sound, and narrative shape behavior. That production mindset still feeds every keynote. Audiences don’t just hear an idea, they experience it.

    The NeuroPerformance Framework

I translate dense academic research into simple moves leaders can use under pressure. Focus, attention, execution, and energy are trainable when you work with your brain instead of against it.

This is the framework behind my most-requested keynotes and in every workshop in The Lab, whether I’m talking about marketing, leadership, culture, or more.

    Content that lingers

You’ll see and hear the difference. Not just in the violin onstage, but in the quiet in the room during the story beat, in the intake of breath and excitement as the violin reframes how they are thinking, and when teams quote lines from the stage in meetings weeks later.

    That is by design.
